HISTORY
Milestones.
Dr. Roland Heider founded ADTRACON GmbH in 2003. The start-up soon evolved to become a specialist in reactive hot melts. Today, AdtraPUR is an internationally established branded product for adhesive users with the highest demands on quality and technology.
ADTRACON looks back on two decades of research and development. Our laboratories develop new formulations which are individually tailored to the production processes of our customers. The result is an extensive portfolio of versatile adhesives with a very wide range of applications for standard and special applications.
2003
Dr. Roland Heider founds ADTRACON GmbH as start-up in Hilden.
2004
Establishment of the production location in Pirmasens.
2007
ADTRACON develops the first AdtraPUR Low Emission product.
2008
With AdtraTUBE, ADTRACON develops the first Low Temperature Application PUR hot melt.
2008
ADTRACON develops the AdtraPUR F product range – hardly flammable reactive hot melts.
2008
Production volume exceeds the 100 t/a mark for the first time.
2015
Removal to the new location at Hofstrasse 64 in Hilden and expansion of laboratory capacity.
2015
ADTRACON is certified in conformity with DIN EN ISO 9001.
2016
Production volume exceeds the 250 t/a mark for the first time.
2018
ADTRACON is certified in conformity with DIN EN ISO 14001.

The entry of Michael Reckzeh safeguards the future of the family company.

Production volume exceeds the 500 t/a mark.
